your house kicks arse. nice grill. i think the previous tenant did some blind interior design...old lady/man winters feel. pink room with a big cal ripken poster and falling pictures? hmm. 2811-there goes the neighborhood.

Lex is right. They really did have some decorating issues. Nice house though. Good Luck!

isn't some of that stuff just amazing!? you should see some of the paintjobs in person. a blood-red bathroom, a basement bedroom that you paint dark green? weird-ass color schemes, i tell ya.
that's not even getting in to this poor lady's choice in large woody furniture...

Is there something wrong with dark green rooms in the basement? :)

nothing wrong with dark green rooms for a calming studio. you want to feel subterranean in a studio. but for a room to live in...?

Wow. That place looks awesome. About the inspector bit - I thought I asked all the questions I could think off when I did the walk through on our pad with the inspector last year. But when I was arrogantly fucking around with a random pipe I encountered under our foundation and realized that the muck I was sloshing through my hands was raw sewage - I thought of a few other questions I shoulda asked.
