it's a damn shame i didn't buy more than 2 tickets when i did. for the life of me, i can't figure out why A) the old 97s sold out the 930 club and B) there's such a huuge demand for tickets. there's no new album out, and the last album was pretty crappy. no radio play, no promotions. wha happened?

i'm guessing it's coz 1) it's probably their last tour...i don't see them coming around too much after this and 2) no one really wants to see the rhett shimmie (sp?)

the old97s hype period is about 5 years past... that's just it, there's NO hype. or maybe i just don't believe it.
